Essay

Dissertational thesis is devoted to getting of a polymeric composition by a method of extrusion on the basis of PET, PA, fabric's waste that comprises polyethylene terephtalate (PET) and polyamide (PA). Physicomechanical properties of PC are investigated and it is proved, that the received polymeric composition corresponds to the polymeric composition on the basis of PA-6, PET. Electric properties and water absorption of PCPT, polymeric composition PET/PA-6 are studied and their comparative characteristic is given. It is established, that PC has dielectric properties. Influence of concentration of components in the polymeric composition PET/PA-6 on physicomechanical, electric properties and moisture resistance of composites is studied. The rational structure of a composite is defined by the method of mathematical planning. By methods of IR-spectroscopy, X-ray crystal analysis it is proved, that PET and PA-6 don't collapse during processing at heats. Physicomechanical properties and heat stability of modified PCPT are investigated. The temperature of fusion of the fabric's waste is optimized in extruder. The principal scheme of processing of the fabric's waste that include stages such as crushing, granulation, extrusion is offered.
