Processes of injection of fuel by the fuel pump of a high pressure of the injection engine depending on a rotational speed of its shaft. Raise of stability of the maximum pressure of injection of fuel on partial high-speed operating modes of the injection engine at the expense of application of the combined fuel system of the general act with РП camshaft ТНВД, modulators of pulses of pressure of fuel and valves of double act. All theoretical aspects of the dissertation are based on fundamental rules of theory ДВС, the theory of mechanisms and cars, the theory of machine components and modern mathematical tooling. Analytical, numerical and analitiko-numerical methods were applied to the solution of the problems put in-process. Research of kinematics and dynamics of mechanisms of controlled motives FPHP was carried out by numerical methods of engineering modelling. Experimental methods of static and dynamic research with application тензометрии defined regularity of formation of parametres of injection of fuel of the injection engine by the combined fuel system. The technique of designing of new adjustable drive FPHP with the check valve, as basic way of stabilisation of pressure of injection of fuel in a full range of a rotational speed of the shaft of the propeller is introduced. It is proved and developed a design of the perspectiv combined fuel system of the injection engine which consists of adjustable drive FPHP, modulators of pulses of pressure of fuel and valves of double act which allows to raise efficiency of use of injection engines essentially. The new way managements of instant angular speed of twirl of camshaft FPHP of the injection engine is offered, based on application of dual converters of angular speeds of twirl of shafts sinusoidal кулачковым by the mechanism Is installed, that application in fuel system of the converter of angular speeds of twirl of shaft FPHP, modulators of pulses of pressure of fuel and check valves provides stability of the maximum pressure of injection of fuel in a full range of a rotational speed of the shaft of the injection engine. For the first time for a sizing up of stability of pressure of injection of fuel the fuel system of the injection engine offers factor of stability of pressure of injection of fuel. Results of work are introduced in Holding Company "AutoKrAZ", at the Kremenchug car assembly factory, in educational process on chair of cars and tractors of the Kremenchug national university of a name of Michael Ostrogradskiy.
