Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of effectiveness of orthopedic treatment of patients with deffects of teeth crowns and teeth rows by irremovable constructions of denture through preventive measures of post traumatic recession of gingival edge's. The methods of preparation for a shoulder crown were improved, which foresees preparing of tooth with creation of shoulder higher gingival edge in the distance 0,5 - 1 mm with deepening only of vestibular part of shoulder below level of gums on the half of depth of furrow. Treatment-preventive complexes, are developed with application of "Quercetin", "Quertin" and antiseptic solution of "Eludril", and also to gel, "Elugel".
