This thesis presents the results of the study of theoretical and methodological frameworks and justification of the practical aspects of forming and functioning of market infrastructure and agricultural lands. The theoretical basis of land market formation as a part of the market economy in Ukraine was generalized, the nature of land market infrastructure was determined and methodological foundations of its institutions' functions were developed, the economic role of land market in forming land relations was revealed. A system of functioning of land market infrastructure institutions and their functions was justified.
