Dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological, organizational and practical principles of organizational and economic functioning of the dairy industry of Ukraine. Submitted work can explore the nature of organizational and economic functioning of the enterprise, set difference of the notion of an economic mechanism, distinguish principles of organizational and economic functioning of the enterprise. Proposed effective organizational and economic mechanism of functioning of enterprises, methodical approach to assessing organizational and economic functioning of the dairy industry, improved the substance and content of the concept of organizational-economic mechanism of the enterprise. The ways to improve the efficiency of organizational-economic mechanism of the dairy industry. Approaches to the formation and operation of agricultural cooperatives in the production and milk collection and study of the mechanism of economic relations between its participants.
