Thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical issuesof administrative and legal grounds of prosecutor's office activity in the system of state agencies. The place of prosecutor's office in the system of state authorities is determined. The essence, content and peculiarities of administrative jurisdiction of prosecutor's office are ascertained. Administrative and legal status of prosecutor's office is characterized; its elemental structure is defined. The essence of functions and tasks, forms and principles of prosecutor's office activity is analyzed. Peculiarities of legal regulation and practice of prosecutor's office participation in different kinds of administrative and jurisdictional proceedings are considered.
