In the thesis it is researched administratively-legal status the principal in organs of Office of Public Prosecutor, is administrative-legal provision of its activity, including, as subject of administrative law, and also a trajectory of betterment of administrative activity of the principal to organs of Office of Public Prosecutor is defined. The content and concept of administrative activity of the principal of organs of Office of Public Prosecutor is in-process considered, demands to the principal as to the organizer of control in organs of Office of Public Prosecutor are spotted, activities of Office of Public Prosecutor in system of state structures are spotted administratively-legal principles.
