Investigation objects: substituted 2-thioxopyridin-3-carboxamides, their hydrogenated analogs and heterocyclic systems derived from them. Objectives: develops methods to the synthesis of new derivatives of 2-thioxopyridine-3-carboxamides by interaction of activated alkenes with the thiocarbamoylacetanilides in use Michael reaction with following heterocyclization. Study their structure and feasible directions subsequent transformation. Methods and apparatus: organic synthesis, NMR spectroscopy, mass- spectrometry, X-ray analysis, elemental analysis. Theoretical and practical results: developed handy preparative methods of synthesis of new 4-aryl-2-thioxopyridin-3-carboxanilides and derivative on base of theirs; synthesis and characterized new compounds, that are structure analogs biologically active subtends. Novelty: first study facility synthesis partly hydrogenated 4-aryl-2-thioxopyridine-3-carboxanilides on base of substituted acetanilides in the capacity of CH-acid and cinnamic acid derivatives or chalcones, hear direction and side process, show feasible directions subsequent transformation obtained compounds. The degree of application: no. Scope (sectors) use: Laboratories and the Department of various primary and research departments, which conducted a study similar topics facilities and research centers for the study of biologically active compounds.
