Olijnyk L. Mechanism of formation of scientific-technical and innovative growth of light industry

The structurological model mechanism of formation of scientific-technical and innovative development growth of light industry is devised in this thesis, components and its direct functioning for the purpose of improving the efficiency of enterprises on the basis of stimulation of staff to innovative activity are determined. The estimating system of the state of scientific - technical and innovative growth of light industry is proposed, taking into consideration the influence of environment on these processes, this system allows thoroughly to estimate and to suggest the ways of its improvement. The performances of efficiency rating of scientific - technical growth and innovative development of light industry are devised, as well as the methodological approaches to encourage employees and managers of enterprises of light industry to increase scientific - technical and innovative level of production that enable to influence on the employees' activity by introducing the definite stimulating system by the eventual results of the activity. The results obtained in the thesis promote the increase of scientific-technical and innovative potential of enterprises of light industry and their competitiveness.
