Khvostina I. Evaluating the effectiveness of the system information of machine building enterprises.

The thesis investigates the economic nature and essential characteristics of the notions "information environment" and "dataware system". The information environment has been regarded as a dynamic system which is the aggregate of the information resources and information flows separated by the certain space and time margins.The structure of dataware system has been researched from the point of view of circulation of information flows and it has been proposed to single out the information coordination centers as the essential structural elements of the dataware system with the purpose of improvement of enterprise's management system. The investigation of the existing models and analysis methods of dataware system's effectiveness for enterprises has been carried out. It has been established their modeling of single mechanism of dataware is not appropriate for their complex use in the boundaries of the development of general dataware model of The aggregate of quality characteristics of dataware system has been investigated with of objective of evaluation of it effectiveness. The methodical principles of multi-criteria evaluation of dataware system have been proposed. There has been elaborated the methodical approach regarding formation of separate components of the evaluation tool of enterprise's dataware system effectiveness using the methods of non-linear statistics, computers technologies and neuronetworks. The methodical approaches and practical recommendations regarding the improvement of dataware system's effectiveness have been perfected on the enterprises of machine building industry.
