In the thesis the theoretical principles of the formation and the development of human capital of agricultural enterprises as component part of their intellectual capital, its essence, meaning and place in the modern concepts of economic growing, methods of estimation are considered. The patterns, tendencies are set; problems of the formation of human capital of agricultural enterprises and the state of pre-conditions of its development, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of human capital and the evaluation of the processes of its development are detected. Key internal and external pre-conditions of the development of human capital of agricultural enterprises are grounded, the improvement of the process of the management of their development, management of knowledge at enterprises and the institutional providing of these processes.
