Nemkovych O. Involvement and use of bank loans by agricultural enterprises

The subject of the investigation: the process of attraction and use of bank loans to agricultural enterprises. The object of the investigation: the reasoning of theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the involvement and use of bank loans to agricultural enterprises. Methods of investigation: abstract-logical, statistical and analytical, correlation regression analysis, surveying, interviewing, peer reviewing. Theoretical and practical results of the investigation: the proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of financial management of agricultural enterprises by improving the attraction and use of bank loans have been developed. Scientific novelty: for the first time the recommendations for the formation of monetary policy farms have been developed, the principles and stages of its implementation have been defined, the methods of assessing the ability to attract bank loans to agricultural enterprises have been improved, the approaches to the implementation of state financial support for agricultural enterprises by introducing an alternative mechanism for undercharging the loans have been developed. The degree of application: the results of the investigation are used in the practice of agricultural enterprises and Rivne agricultural advisory service, in the educational process of private school "European University" Rivne subsidiary.
