The dissertation is dedicated to optimization of treatment of patients with Hp-associated duodenal ulcers on the bases of investigation of susceptibility H.pylori to antimicrobial drugs (5-nirtoimidazole, clarithromycin). Resistance to metronidazole was found in 47,8 %, to ornidazole - 33,3 %. Cross resistance H.pylori to metronidazole and ornidazole doesn't exist in all cases. Resistance to clarithromycin was found in 10,1 % of H.pylori strains. We studied the efficiency and safety of different anti-Helicobacter regimens. High eradication level was achieved by using second line 10-days levofloxacine-based triple therapy.
