Udovichenko S. Immediate Investigation Actions during Investigation of Stealages in Banking Structures

The thesis corresponds to monographic research in which basics of optimal investigative and search actions complex are worded, providing investigation of stealages in banking structures as well as recommendation on their use in crimes investigation on the basis of modern propositions of general criminalistics theory and generalization of investigative practice. In the work, forensic characteristic of stealages in banking structures is provided in the form of informative descriptive model, its elemental composition is defined and each of its elements is analyzed in detail, given results of summarized judicial investigative practice. Recommendations on improvement of supposed criminals' interrogation policy, documents examination, computer and other banking equipment examination, searches, purpose and carrying out forensic examination are given. Investigative leads are suggested, investigative situations of the initial stage of stealages in banking structures investigation are defined as typical, investigator's actions programmes (algorithms) concerning their solution are worded and basic forms of investigator's cooperation with investigation and search bodies are singled out.
