Murashevich B. Synthesis and reactions of arylidenazines of quinones.

Object - arylidenazines of quinones and their derivatives. Purpose - experimental confirmation of specific reactionary ability of arylidenazines of quinones. Main methods - organic synthesis, NMR-, IR-, UV-spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography, elemental analysis, thin-layer chromatography. Methodologies of synthesis of initial substances have been optimized, the features of their structure have been studied. The reaction of 1,8-addition to quinoneimines has been found, it's mechanism has been offered. Some unknown quinoneimine's derivatives have been synthesized. Spectrums of potential biological activity of synthesized compounds have been got.
