In dissertation scientific-methodical positions in relation to forming and introduction of the system of strategic management marketing activity of enterprises of engineer and practical recommendations are developed on the increase of efficiency of marketing activity. Systematized and improved terms, processes, forms and aims of strategic management. The parameters of strategic management are improved. A strategic case marketing activity of machine-building enterprise frame is grounded. The conjuncture analysis of brandname structure of market of engineer is carried out in Ukraine. The model of the informative providing of strategic management marketing activity is developed. Developed suggestion on informative-administrative architecture of department of marketing of machine-building enterprise. The methodical going is improved near the estimation of efficiency of management marketing activity on the basis of the balanced system of indexes.
