The paper clarified the nature of property rights of the individual steps in the application of criminal procedural coercive; classification of criminal procedural measures of coercion, which limits the application of property rights person, studied the features of individual property rights in the application of preventive measures, seizure, impose a monetary penalty , the investigative actions and deciding on the evidence before the sentencing or closing proceedings in a criminal case. Formulated a number of proposals aimed at improving the criminal procedural mechanism to ensure individual rights of property in the application of measures of procedural coercion.
