Bernatsky P. Ensuring economic security of Ukraine at the expense of reducing corruption

The object of research is a process for providing economic security of country. The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the decline of corruption level in the system for providing economic security of Ukraine. The methods of research are logical approach; content-analysis; analysis and synthesis; logic analysis; cognitive modeling; structural and comparative analysis of the systems; cross-correlation analysis. Organizational approach to forming programmatic measures of fight against a corruption with the purpose of providing economic security of the state; methodical approach to prognostication influence of corruption on economic strength of the state security; methodical approach to determination of quality regional programs of fight against a corruption; methodical approach to estimation and comparison of economic strength of the world countries security are got further development. Improved: Essence of concept "program of fight against a corruption" as a measure of providing economic security of the state; determination of essence and maintenance concept "corruption" as bases of ground of state measures of fight against it. Scientific results are used in activity of Main Administration of Economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration (certificate No 38/1 from 20.08.2010).
