Object - processes of encoding, transmission and decoding of voice traffic within networks with pack switching. The purpose - improvement of methods and criteria for joint analysis of voice transmission quality on both pack and content levels, taking into attention main features of voice transmission. Methods - fourier analysis, theory of probability and mathematical statistics; theory of multialternative hypotheses testing; sample grouping theory; wavelet analysis theory. Results - improvement of phonemic identification method for spectral-hourly characteristics of voice fragments transmitted within networks with pack switching; development of a method for voice formant frequency identification; elaboration of a new method for identification of loss formation intervals in voice packs within pack networks.
