Formanyuk V. Legal means of labour discipline's security.

The thesis is a complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of means of labour discipline's security in the modern period. In the thesis the definition and contents of the institute of labour discipline are defined. Definition of legal means of labour discipline's security is formulated and their classification is provided. Characteristic of legal means of security of labour order and labour discipline is given. Theoretically grounded propositions and recommendations on improvement of current legislation and Draft Labour Code of Ukraine in the sphere of securing of observance of labour discipline are formulated.
