Nikitina T. The mechanism of consolidation to the capital of the aviabuilding enterprises.

The Dissertation is devoted to researches of theoretical - methodical and practical aspects of consolidation of the capital of the aircraft building enterprises. To reach the purpose, existing concepts of "capital", "consolidation of the capital", "mechanism", "the mechanism of consolidation of the capital of the enterprise" have been analyzed, existing forms of consolidation of the capital have been investigated. The analysis of world experience of consolidation of the capital by the leading aircraft building enterprises has been conducted. Preconditions, principal causes and features of consolidation of the capital in aircraft building branch of Ukraine have been considered; consequences of activity of the existing form of consolidation of the capital of the aircraft building enterprises of Ukraine have been researched. In the Dissertation methodical approaches to definition of organizational and economical mechanism of consolidation of the capital the aircraft building enterprises have been developed. The estimation of determination of efficiency of consolidation is offered and practical recommendations concerning introduction of the mechanism of consolidation of the capital in activity of the aircraft building enterprises of Ukraine are given.
