A research aim is a ground of theoretical and methodical positions in relation to the analysis of level of material well-being, use and requirement in the fixed assets of agrarian enterprises. A research object is a process of forming and use of the fixed assets of agrarian enterprises. Research methods: abstractly-logical, економіко-статистичний, method of економіко-математичного design. Theoretical results: development of suggestions and recommendations in relation to to the decision of problem of forming and use of the fixed assets of agrarian enterprises. Practical results: the results of researches are sent to the practical decision of problems of increase of level of material well-being and efficiency of the use of the fixed assets. Scientific novelty: the optimal sizes of biological assets(long-term planting, productive and working cattle) are reasonable in composition the fixed assets of agrarian enterprises on the basis of економіко-математичної model. Degree of introduction : results undertaken a study are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr regional state administration, agricultural enterprises, and in the educational process of the Zhytomyr university. Efficiency: research results will assist the improvement of level of material well-being of the fixed assets of agrarian enterprises.
