The notion "enterprise competitiveness backlogs" is considered as the unused abilities of an enterprise that are bigger than production efficiency while realizing the clear advantages. The criteria of forming the competitiveness backlogs are proposed. The competitiveness backlogs are classified. The necessity of usage the qualimetrical method in evaluating the industrial enterprise competitiveness backlogs is proved. The system of indicators to evaluate the quality of industrial enterprise competitive-ness backlogs is built. Five levels of quality of competitiveness backlogs are ana-lyzed. The procedures to evaluate the quality of industrial enterprise competitiveness backlogs and identify its results are made in the form of specialized algorithm. The sequence of usage of qualimetrical method in the evaluating industrial enterprise competitiveness backlogs is proposed. Such sequence was used as the basis to make the specific methodic. The advantages of such methodic and results of its usage are described.
