It is shown that management improvement may be considered as the way to increase the competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises. The content-analysis of the most widespread enterprise management concepts is made. The essence of the constant improvement concept is analyzed. The analysis of main content of the constant improvement concept and tools of its realization is made. The set of special and common functions of management to realize the constant improvement concept essence is formed. The specific features of such functions and specific features of their realization are considered. The tasks of management that should be made during the realization of such functions are determined. The expert poll of the managers and specialists on Lugansk Region industrial enterprises to find out the attitude of such managers and specialists to acceptability of main aspects of constant improvement concept in the management on domestic enterprises is carried out.
