Essay

The thesis deals with the problems of the investigation of uninvestigated robberies and robberies of last years and directions of his improvement. In the project is formulated the authorial determination of the unexposed crimes of last years and system of reasons and factors of objective and subjective character, that influence on the ill-timed opening of these crimes is investigated. On the basis of the executed empiric researches, analysis of statistical data and generalization of results of study criminal cases the criminalistics analysis of the unexposed robberies and robberies with violence of last years is carried out.
