The dissertation considers different definition of the term "corpse exhumation", found its concept in criminal justice of Ukraine. Study the legal regulation and the nature of the exhumation of the corpse of the current Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, identified factual and legal grounds, near its core and elective participants. Outlined and discussed the essence of tactics, procedural and organizational measures carried on the preparatory work and the stages analyzed tactics fixing progress and results of corpse exhumation.
