Pogorilyi S. Substantiation of parameters of device and mounted technological modules for unitization with mobile energy machine

The thesis deals with improving the effectiveness of the use of mobile energy machines through application of new engineering solutions, which should ensure unitization of technological modules with mobile energy machines. Studied are existing methods of making units on the basis of mobile energy machines. Following studies, a design and layout drawing of an energy machine was found for implementation of new engineering solutions, which should ensure unitization of technological modules. A developed device for unitization raises efficiency of the motor vehicle chassis, diminishes time for unitization, and takes away hoisting equipment. Parameters of technological modules for unitization with the motor vehicle chassis are substantiated theoretically and experimentally. Refined are mathematical models of dynamic processes occurred in the course of the operation of the motor vehicle chassis with a technological module, and the mathematical model of the motion of the motor vehicle chassis with a technological module. Studied is the influence of design parameters of technological modules on principal performance attributes of the motor vehicle chassis. Influence of the weight of a technological module and its position on technological parameters of the motor vehicle chassis is evaluated. The cost-effectiveness of the use of the motor vehicle chassis equipped with the developed device for unitization is calculated.
