Mikhayliv S. Advocate-representative of a victim in a criminal process

Legal nature of activity of advocate-representative of a victim is found out in the process of collection, verification and estimation of proofs, in the pre-trial and judicial stages of criminal process, his participation, in consequence actions. Comparative research of development and modern position of advocate-representative of a victim is carried out in a criminal process on the legislation of foreign countries. Recommendations are grounded in relation to the improvement of practical activity of advocate-representative of a victim and it is brought in suggestion in relation to subsequent perfection of Law of Ukraine "About advocaty", operating Criminal-procedure code and projects of CPC of Ukraine, that regulate this activity.
