The candidate's dissertation is dedicated to the application of the measures of procedural compulsion to the minor defendants in the Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. The efficiency of procedural activity on the application to the minor defendants of the criminal law suit of Ukraine which is not connected with imprisonment is researched, the regulations about necessity of special system of justice for minor should exist, is proved the concept dedicated to the accession of types of the measures of procedural compulsion which can be applied to the minor defendants is elaborated, it will decrease the quantity of cases connected with taking somebody under the guard.
