Popova I. The investigation of swindle in the sphere of bringing facilities in financing habitation's building

In the dissertation the results of research of swindle in the sphere of bringing facilities in financing habitation's building. Their essence, technologies and typical features are studied. On the base of theoretical concepts, legislation and practice notion of crimes is definite and the classification on the base of criminal and criminalistic indications is done. The structural analysis of the main elements of criminalistic characteristic is shown, their connections are revealed and described. The bases of organization of investigation of swindles are developed, there are the signs of staging of event and initiation of the case, setting the typical investigative situations and versions, realization of the investigation and the use of special knowledge.
