Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of current theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of payment for labour of state employees in Ukraine. There was studied the generation and development of legal regulation of this process and international experience in this sphere. The definitions were given to such notions as "payment for labour" and "salary", noted that for today there is no distinct differentiation between these expressions, they are used as synonyms. There was substantiated the essentiality of their distinct defining, differentiation and giving them concrete meanings.
