Essay

The thesis is devoted to stating the place of legal relations of social partnership in the system of labour legal relations which compose the subject matter of labour law of Ukraine and to the legal characteristic of such relations. The principles of legal regulation of legal relations of social partnership were defined, forming the basis for educing gaps in active and drafted legislation. By virtue of the conducted investigation there was made a number of generalizations and proposed some ways of improving legal regulation of legal relations of social partnership.
