Kyselova E. Legal Regulation of Resolution of Individual Labour Disputes

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of legal regulation of resolution of individual labour disputes in Ukraine. There were defined the sources of labour disputes, outlined the subject which characterizes individual labour dispute.There was studied the procedure of solving individual labour disputes. The topical issues of solving disputes of this category by a labour disputes commission were considered. There was proved the necessity to improve legal regulation of solving individual labour disputes. The propositions concerning the necessity of passing the Labour procedure code of Ukraine and establishing special labour courts were substantiated
