Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of adaptation the national labour legislation to the standards of the European Union in the sphere of labour protection. There was investigated the generation of legislation in this sphere, including primary and secondary legislation, which contains norms of labour protection of employees. There were analyzed the existing and defined the author's definitions of such notions as "state standards in the sphere of labour protection", "working stress", "disability discrimination".
