The thesis is the first study on theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of administrative sanctions in administrative and tort relations. The paper disclosed the content of the concept of administrative sanctions according to the administrative and tort law of Ukraine. Based on current legislation, the legal nature of the sanctions is defined, their main characteristics and types are investigated, the basic principles are defined.
