Essay

Object - the technology of laser cutting of glider aircraft (GA) panels made of aluminum alloys. Objective - scientific and technical support for introduction laser cutting technology into production of GA. Research methods - methods of micro-structural analysis, system analysis, optimization, standard technology and equipment for fatigue testing, methods of economic and mathematical analysis. Results - the method of optimization of GA load-carrying panels skin laser cutting and the algorithm of its realization. The novelty - mathematical models that describe reduction of material specimens' relative durability. Results are implemented at KSAPE. Branch of industry - is aircraft-building.
