Portna O. Financial security of development of public health services in Ukraine.

Object of research: traffic of financial resources in the system of health care in Ukraine. A research objective: to extend theoretical basis of formation of the effective mechanism of financing health care institutions in conditions of market economic system and also to develop practical recommendations directed on rising the effectiveness of using financial resources of medical institutions that will define the ways and possibilities of qualitative change in medical field and health of population taking into account general tendencies of development with the help of real possibilities of financing this field. Researching methods: analysis and synthesis; unity of historical and logical approach; comparative and statistical analysis; systematic approach. Results, novelty: discovered the matter of financial reliability of the health care institutions' activities; improved: approach to redistribution of state funds of medical field, scientific and methodical approach to carrying out the financial monitoring of the health care institution's security; substantiation of necessity and ways of individual financing of public health; developed: classification of financial resources of the health care institutions; the view of the content of the health care institutions' financial control. Usage: teaching of financial subjects, organization of financial security of health care.
