Zarutska E. The models of Islamic economy: religions studies' aspect.

The following models of the Islamic economy of the Muslim countries as traditional and modernizing were highlighted in the dissertation. It is emphasized that the term "the models of Islamic economy" has the meaning ethically oriented system of economy sector, which, basing on the principles of the Koran and sunna, functions according to the norms and principles of the Muslim law. In this model moral norms coincide with both religious and legal norms, and that enables stabilization of economic activity and relations. For the main role in the life of the Muslims belongs to the Koran and sunna, the interpreters of the Koran, regarding its economic basic principles, geared the development of their further interpretation in Muslim world. The models of Islamic economy, basing on the sacred sources, were developed in the sunits' and shiits' religious and legal scholarships, which gave them their specific features.
