The theses are dedicated to the solution of the theoretical and methodical aspects of the investment supply management of the activities of the enterprise in the market conditions functioning. The terminology concerning investment processes is improved considering the results of modern scientific researches and developments of the economic systems. The role of the dynamic capabilities, resources of the enterprise of the investment nature and the organizational knowledge as the source of the competitive advantages and basis for the enterprises' transformation and development are determined. The necessity of the adaptation of the evaluation instruments of the investment supply effectiveness to the national conditions of functioning is validated. The sources of forming and development of the investment supply of the public companies activities are identified. The systematic and integration approach to the management of the investment supply of the enterprise's activities is presented. The action plan of the improvement of the public companies investment attractiveness is prepared. The basis for the action plan is composed of the distinguishing of the enterprise value determinants and using of the increasing enterprise value leverages which allows forming dynamic capabilities in the investment sphere and improving the competitiveness.
