Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological principles of the creativity potential investigation; as well as practical recommendation on motivation of its development among technicians and engineers. The work reveals and extends the concepts, particularly, the meaning of the categories "creative potential", "labour resources of the enterprise", the essence of the motivation mechanism of "creative potential development" and the role of remuneration of labour and intangible factors in the motivation system. The work presents analysis of development trends in personnel training system and a long-term forecast of turn-out of building specialists. The calculation methodology for salaries and collective bonuses is improved, the project of the creative potential development of technicians and engineers at building enterprises is proposed. The main indicators for labour remuneration and their influence onto personnel formation at building enterprises of Ukraine are analyzed; it was revealed, that motivation function in the greatest extent is realized in combined schemes of salary, which personalized employee's incomes through differentiation of official rate, optimize the correlation between rate and shift parts, thereby establishing the relation between employee's competences that is necessary for an enterprise, and payoff system; the author's approach to calculation of official rate scheme based on guiding profile tables considering creative components is offered, and main principles of bonus system arrangement are determined.
