Dudych H. The improvement of land relations as the factor of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises functioning.

The results of the research of essence, content, types and peculiarities of land relations as the factor of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises functioning, its appearance and evolution in agricultural business of Ukraine are presented, the methodology of the research of the process of the improvement as well as the methodology of the determination of land relations efficiency in agricultural business is formed. It is analyzed the dynamics of the formation and efficiency of agricultural enterprises lands use, it is estimated that the process of land relations development and their normative and legal basis in agriculture as well as social and economical estimation of land relations efficiency as the factor of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises functioning. The possibilities of the application of foreign experience of the improvement of land relations in agriculture of Ukraine is presented, the main directions of the development of the process of agricultural lands concentration by its consolidation and the improvement of economical mechanism of governmental regulation of land relations and its technical regulation in agriculture are substantiated.
