Object of investigation: molecular mechanisms of change in biological activity of topotecan in the presence of aromatic BAC. The aim of this work is identifying of the role of protector and intertseptor mechanisms in the regulation of medical and biological activity of topotecan in the presence of aromatic BAC. Methods of investigation: one- and two-dimensional homonuclear 1H-NMR spectroscopy (500 MHz) - to obtain the parameters of complex formation, modeling methods of molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics on the computer - for the calculation of structures and energy complexes formation TRT -BAC, methods of statistical thermodynamics to create model of molecular complexation. We obtain an expressions for the mass conservation law and observed experimental parameter in the model of two-component heteroassociation. As part of the basic model interceptor-protectore action proposed physical model of the joint binding of topotecan and aromatic BACs with DNA. Field of application - molecular biophysics, molecular physics, molecular biology and bioorganic chemistry.
