In the dissertation scientific researches were generalized in relation to the essence of enterprise's mechanism of stability management, the structure of economic stability was explored and the classification of types of economic stability was complemented, external environment trends and orientation of factors of the external influences were identified, assessment of the financial state and business activity of aviation companies of Ukraine was conducted and the state of their financial stability was exposed.
