Essay

Thesis is devoted to the development and clinical substantiation methods of training the patient to the prosthesis removable prostheses using psychological preparation and auricular therapy that is early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of areas of increased pain sensitivity in the mucosa of prosthetic field with regard to the level of reactive and personal anxiety patients. It is shown that different combinations acupuncture points ear lobe during prolonged auricular micro-acupuncture recovers to physiological parameters of odontons missing teeth with a characteristic increase in pain sensitivity threshold esteziometry mucosal prosthetic field and prevent much pain when using removable prostheses. Analysis of the results of clinical studies shows that autogenic training is a rational measure of psychological adjustment to maladjustment prosthesis in patients with high levels of reactive and personal anxiety.
