Mamochka R. Administrative and Legal Grounds for Ensuring Ukraine’s Economic Security by the internal affairs Bodies

The dissertation is a research of theoretical issues on administrative and legal regulation internal affairs bodies activity aimed at ensuring economic security of Ukraine. The notions of “economic security”, “economic security threats” are defined in the paper and constituent elements of the system of ensuring economic security are determined. The definition of the subjects for ensuring economic security has been offered and their bodies of internal affairs were also included into this system. The administrative and legal status of the internal affairs bodies including the peculiarities of the competence and performance of administrative enforcement in the sphere of ensuring economic security has been studied. A number of proposals concerning amendments and additions to the legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of economic security, including legal acts regulating administrative activity of internal affairs bodies in this sphere has been formulated.
