Mushenok V. The Financial and legal adjusting of state support of agricultural production in Ukraine

The complex research of state sponsorship legal mechanism of agricultural production in Ukraine was conducted in Master's thesis. The aim of the research was forming of integral idea about the state sponsorship and search of effective methods of improvement. The stages of the development of Ukraine legislation are described. The necessity of bringing a law system into line with the theoretical models of the development of such support and according to the international requirements and rules was determined. The category machinery system of the financial and legal adjusting was determined. The corresponding essence of categories was revealed. The main attention in the work is concentrated on the explaining of legal nature of such state sponsorship methods of agriculture as application of special taxation modes of farmers and state participation in the process of insurance of agricultural production risks. On the base of these methods, the analysis of the legal adjusting of relations as to the state sponsorship of farmers is conducted. The grounds for their changes and improvement are determined. The features of the relations as to the state sponsorship of agricultural production in general and their separate kinds as well are revealed. The peculiarities of their use and stopping were exposed. As a result of the thesis research the theoretical conclusions about direction and mechanism of effective realization of legal relationships as to the state sponsorship of agricultural production were formulated. The suggestions as to the improvement of the financial and legal adjusting system of the state support of agricultural production in Ukraine.
