Lomakina I. The state regulation of agriculture in Ukraine (administrative and legal aspects)

The dissertation deals with complex theoretically applied research of administrativ law aspect of state regulation of agriculture in Ukraine. The topic issues of the concept, principles and peculiarities of state regulation are highlighted in the paper. The features of state regulation methods of agriculture in Ukraine are defined. The peculiarities of some areas in state regulation like facilities and equipment, finance and credit poviding, pricing and taxation stuff and information policy in Ukraine agriculture are clarified. Ways of improving institution functioning and legislative support of state regulation of Ukraine agriculture are defined. Suggestions on amending and statements to standard acts allowing to increase the efficiency of administrative law regulation of Ukraine agriculture are validated.
