Starchuk O. Principles of labour law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to complex investigation of labour law principles in Ukraine. These principles are the bases of formation of the whole labour law system as a concrete branch of law. They are analyzed not only with theoretical comprehension method but also renewing of its context in the conditions of market economy formation. Classification of principles of labour law, which based on categories of absolute law - equality and freedom. Basis of division of principles of labour right is a objective criterion - equitable labour rights and providing of them the real realization by the state. An aim of this classification is an optimal concordance of interests of worker and employer and their defence of their rights. Special attention has been paid to labour law principles of Ukraine which guaranteed labour relations on the labour market (principles of labour contract freedom, principle of Ukrainian citizens' equal labour rights) and principles directed on keeping citizens' labour rights (prohibition principles: the labour discrimination, forced labour, сildren's labour discrimination).
