Novak T. Legal regulation of protection of labor in agriculture

Dissertation is devoted to complex research of the legal regulation of labour protection in agriculture, to formulation on this basis of theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations for the improvement of the legal providing of this sphere. Theoretical principles of the legal regulation of labour protection in agriculture are researching in the presented work, such basic categories of research as «labour protection in agriculture», «legal regulation of labour protection in agriculture» are determined, the location of legal norms which regulate public relations in the field of labour protection in agriculture, in the system of right for Ukraine is determined, the division into periods of the basic stages of origin, becoming and development of process of the legal adjusting of labour protection, in agriculture is carried out. The special principles of labour protection in agriculture are selected and systematize. In dissertation internalfield differentiation of the legal regulation of labour protection in agriculture are researched: organizational legal directions of increase of level of protection of rights for agricultural workers, working in cattle breeding and plant cultivation, are developed. The features of the legal regulation of women and minor labour protection in agriculture are analysed, the existing shortcomings in this sphere are identified and the scientific proposals on elimination of existing shortcomings are formulated.
