Dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution of the actual problem of modern pediatrics, that is improvement of the treatment of children, who have congenital abnormalities of the colon by studying the syndrome of endogenous intoxication. It was proposed using Thiotriazoline in the conventional scheme of the treatment of chronic constipation in children. It was evaluated and proved that the efficiency of this method to eliminate the clinical manifestations of the syndrome of endogenous intoxication and normalization of biochemical patterns in comparison with usual treatment of chronic constipation in children. The author analyzed the prevalence of stigmas and severity of the undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia syndrome in children with various stages of compensation of chronic constipation.
